Stunting your growth is a complete myth.
It does the correct opposite! your spine plays a major role in heights. Contortion helps loosen up those vertebrates hence it makes you taller!
Just like gymnastics, contortion doesn’t stunt your growth unless you get a serious injury which affects a big part.

Just like the first one this is absolutely false!
It doesn't hurt your spine, in fact it actually helps it!

3)It gives you injuries in the future

Well guess what … That’s a myth!
If the body is moving properly, there is less stress placed on it during exercise, leading to a lesser chance of being injured!
4)All contortionists are double jointed/naturally flexible
