1: Backbend

One of the easiest in contortion is a simple backbend, or you call it a bridge.
To get yourself prepared for the backend, start off by lying on the ground, and pushing yourself up using your hands. After you are done practicing, you are ready to start a backbend.
For the first try you can use the wall as your support.
Bend backwards with your hands sliding onto the wall, so you can get support.
Slide your hands down until you reach the floor.
Practice this for a few times until you get the hang of it.
Then try doing it without the support of the wall.
For that , stand straight up and then bend backwards until you reach the floor.
Voila! You got a solid backbend!
2.Scorpion
To do a Scorpion pose, start off by raising your weak leg.
Push it up until you reach your head.
You may fall a couple of times, but you will soon get the hang of it.
3. Elbow bridge

An elbow bridge is just a normal bridge but using your elbows.
Start with going into a bridge and bend your elbows one by one.
It's ok if you don't get it the first time. But with practice you will get an elbow bridge.
4.Chair Backbend

Start off by doing a bridge, then slightly step your feet closer to your hands.
Simply bend your legs as if you were sitting down in a chair. It’s fine if it doesn’t go well at the first try, but do it a couple of times and then you will eventually be able to do a chair backbend.
5. Straight legged pose

This is one of the easiest contortion poses. Begin by getting into a bridge and then pushing yourself back, so it will look like you're leaning towards one side. That’s all.
