How to do the splits

Hello there!

You're probably wondering how to do splits after scrolling through MANY videos and still not capable of doing a split?

Well in this post we're gonna help y'all do it!

Warm up exercises

Front and back kicks

Doing front and back kicks  really help because you are pushing your joints to

get used to the splits.

Start by kicking back and forth a couple of times.

It’s that simple!

Lunges

Get into the lunge and try to push your thigh

so you can reach the floor.

Start by going into a lunge and push both of your

legs as far as you can.

With these exercises ,repeat over three times

and then try again.

Method #2

You need a lot of pillows nearby for this method

Stack a few pillows on top of one another.

Attempt a split on top of the pillows and remove

one pillow once you get used to the motion.

Remove the pillows one by one until you reach

the floor.

Method #3

Split your legs in two and stretch your way

through until you reach the floor.

It's okay if you don't get it in the first try.

Try any of these methods multiple times and until

you finally get it.

Practice it everyday until you achieve it!

Tips

#1 For this tip, you need to leave some space

between two couches and try to do a split.

Attempt  to do  this a few times.

#2 Try to keep your legs straight as much as

possible while you do the splits.

Hope this helped you  get the splits.

That's all we have for  today!
